Who Knew?

...that Sansevierias could bloom?

I didn't.

Until mine did.





Tip: they REALLY like to be ignored. When I pay mine too much attention, it fades and droops. Ignore these girls...they like it.

As a bonus, I'm throwing in a couple shots of one of my philodendrons. I have three.







I love greenery...

  1. i see these plants all the time, at doctor's offices and such, but never knew that they're called Sansevierias, and of course i never knew that they bloom!

  2. They are LOW LOW maintenance. They love to crowd their pots and be ignored. Apparently blooms are rare, but do happen...when they're left alone. :) In the winter they maybe only need to be watered once every month or so. E-A-S-Y.
